Which preset should I use?
Hall adds depth and works on almost anything — it's the classic music reverb. Room keeps things intimate and suits speech. Slapback is the short single echo behind rockabilly and retro vocals.
Can I add reverb to just the vocals?
The preset applies to the whole track. To treat vocals alone, first split them out with the vocal remover, add reverb to the isolated vocal, then rejoin the stems with the audio joiner.
Why reverb instead of echo — what's the difference?
Echo is a distinct repeat of the sound; reverb is thousands of tiny reflections blending into a sense of space. The hall and room presets are reverb-style; slapback is a true single echo.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The effect, the preview, and the export all run in your browser via WebAssembly. Your audio never leaves your device.
