How does the free tier work?
The guest tier includes 25 browser conversions per day with no account required. A free workspace account adds 7-day retained files, 10 server-side jobs per month, starter recipes, document intelligence, and 20 OCR pages per month.
Are my files secure?
Yes. Basic conversions happen entirely in your browser. Signed-in workspace features and OCR use TLS-protected server processing with encrypted retained object storage, retain outputs for 7 days on free accounts and up to 30 days on paid plans, and use hourly rotating download links.
What file formats are supported?
FileMorf supports core image, PDF, document, spreadsheet, and structured data formats including PNG, JPG, WebP, HEIC, GIF, BMP, TIFF, SVG, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ODS, TXT, Markdown, HTML, JSON, CSV, TSV, XML, and YAML, with workflow automation on paid plans.
Which plan includes API access?
The Developer plan ($19/month) includes full REST API access, API keys with scoped permissions, signed webhooks, and 2,000 server jobs per month. The Enterprise plan ($49/month) includes the same API access with higher limits.
Do the Day and Week Passes auto-renew?
No. Passes are one-time payments — $3 for 24 hours or $5 for 7 days of Pro-level access. A Day Pass includes 100 AI credits each for upscaling and audio; a Week Pass includes 300. When a pass ends you simply drop back to the free plan; there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
What do AI credits cover?
AI credits pay for the GPU-backed tools: image upscaling (Crisp costs 1 credit per image, Clarity scales with output size), voice isolation (2 credits per minute), stem separation (3 credits per minute), and transcription (1 credit per minute). Free accounts include 3 upscale and 6 audio credits every month; Pro includes 300 and 300 per month; a Day Pass carries its own 100 credits per tool and a Week Pass 300, metered over the pass window.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel any paid subscription at any time. You'll keep paid access until the end of your billing period, and we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Is there a file size limit?
Free users can convert files up to 10MB. Pro and Developer plans process files up to 100MB per file, and Enterprise up to 500MB.
