Upload-ready PDF

Turn photos or scans into one compressed PDF that application portals accept.

The plan

  1. 1Combine into a PDF
  2. 2Compress (maximum)

Verified after the run

  • Produces exactly one PDF file
  • Output has one page per input file
  • Every output is 2 MB or smaller

Every step runs locally in your browser. The verification receipt is generated on your device and is yours to keep or share.

About this workflow

Combine images into a single A4 PDF and compress it for portal upload limits — then verify the result: one file, one page per image, size checked against a 2 MB target. Runs entirely in your browser.

Questions

What happens if the PDF ends up over 2 MB?

The run still completes and you keep the output — the verification report simply marks the size check as failed with the actual size, so you know before the portal rejects it. Try fewer or smaller images, or re-export photos at a lower resolution first.

Do my documents get uploaded?

No. The PDF assembly, compression, and every verification check run in your browser. The receipt is generated locally too.

What order do the pages come out in?

Pages follow the order you added the images. Re-add files in the order you want before running.
